Mansion-block restrictions
Many Kensington & Chelsea blocks ban hammered nails after 10am. We schedule noisy prep early, switch to acoustic underlay, and provide your concierge with the BS 8233 spec sheet.

- Yes — we work to BS 8233 acoustic requirements and stick to building hours (typically 9am–5pm Mon–Fri, 10am–1pm Sat). We'll pre-submit method statements and insurance to your managing agent.
- Can you fit over existing parquet?
- Usually no — original parquet is worth restoring rather than covering. We sand, gap-fill and refinish from £45/m² across central London. If the parquet is beyond saving we ply over and fit fresh.
- Do you cover all London postcodes?
- Yes — every N, NW, E, EC, SE, SW, W and WC postcode plus inner Surrey/Essex commuter belts. ULEZ-compliant vans, no surcharge for central London.
- What's the lead time in London?
