- Yes — engineered only, max 220mm wide unless 20/6mm with birch-ply core. We commission UFH to 18°C, acclimatise 10 days, then glue-down with thermally-conductive MS polymer.
- Can you tie new flooring into an existing tiled kitchen?
- Yes — brushed-aluminium or stainless threshold profiles flush to both finishes. Send a photo and we'll spec it on the quote.
- How disruptive is a Surrey install?
- Typical 80m² ground floor: 4–6 working days including subfloor prep. Dust-extracted tools, tidy at the end of each day.
