- How quickly do samples arrive?
- We dispatch within 1 working day from our East London warehouse. Royal Mail delivers most UK addresses within 2–3 working days.
- What types of flooring can I sample?
- Engineered oak (smoked, brushed, oiled), solid oak, herringbone & chevron parquet, click-vinyl (LVT/SPC) and stone-effect LVT. Just list what you'd like in the form.
- Can I get more than 5 samples?
- Yes — for projects over 30m² we send a full A4 swatch pack. Mention your project size in the message field and we'll upgrade it.
- Do you also do affordable flooring samples for trade?
