We want you to be completely happy with your Luxefloor purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery.

• Sealed boxes in original packaging
• Unfitted, unopened underlay and accessories
• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable

• Cut, fitted, or installed flooring
• Bespoke / made-to-order finishes
• Free samples

How to return

Contact us via the contact page with your order details and we'll arrange collection. A restocking fee of 15% applies to customer-changed-mind returns.
