Why latex screeding is usually in the price
LVT and SPC need a dead-flat base — any dip over about 3mm telegraphs through the plank within months. We normally include latex screeding in our LVT quotes for that reason. It's shown as its own line, so you can see it rather than discovering it as a variation.
Wear layer changes the rate
Ignore total plank thickness and look at the wear layer. We spec a minimum of 0.55mm on kitchens, hallways, rentals and anything with commercial traffic. Thinner wear layers are cheaper per square metre and are false economy anywhere with real footfall.

Uplift and disposal of the old covering, thresholds and trims, and adhesive. On upper floors or leased flats, an acoustic layer may be required. Everything is itemised.
Timeline
Lead time is typically 1–2 weeks from order — the fastest of our services. Most single-floor domestic installs run over a small number of days including screeding and drying time, which we confirm at survey.
